BRAZIL - BRF has announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Globosuínos Agropecuária S.A. for R$ 20.2 million.The assets include a Piglets Production Facility (UPL) and 7,500 sows.The assets are located in the City of Toledo, State of Paraná, where BRF operates one of its biggest hog processing industrial plants.

　　巴西食品公司(BRF)已经宣布费用2020万巴西雷亚尔收购Globosuínos Agropecuária S.A.猪肉公司，它已经与其签订协议。收购资产包括仔猪生产设施及7500头母猪。设施坐落在巴拉那州(State of Paraná)的城市托莱多(Toledo)，BRF在此经营一间大型生猪加工厂。
